PURPOSE OF POSITION:

JOB SUMMARY

+--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of over 150,000 cartons, | | ensuring proper inventory rotation, managing food bank and aged | | inventory report.  Perform daily cycle counts and evaluate inventory | | exceptions with leadership team.  Ensure the warehouse merchandising | | meets established standards. | | | |   | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

+--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | - Monitor results by shift/work area and communicate inventory and | | quantity metrics to Manager; | | - Conduct analysis of inventory  discrepancies and collaborate with | | operations to mitigate recurrence of issues; | | - Coordinate with customer service representatives to understand | | shipping errors reported by customer and find root cause for same; | | - Monitor systematic replenishment and direct completion of | | replenishment activities; | | - Leading, coaching, mentoring and developing teammates on job | | functions/procedures to achieve objectives and productivity goals; | | - Leading operational initiatives to ensure inventory accuracy goal | | are met; | | - Planning, monitoring and managing actual performance against | | operational standards; | | - Account for in-stock merchandise conditions | | - Monitor daily and EOM Cycle Counts | | - Analyzes and reports inventory discrepancies and slotting issues | | | |   | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+

EDUCATIONAL & JOB REQUIREMENTS
