St Louis Medical Clinic is a physician-owned multi-specialty medical group located on the campus of Missouri Baptist Medical Center. SLMC is currently seeking a candidate with meticulous attention to detail to join our team on a part-time basis as a Data Entry Specialist.

This is a part-time position; approximately 20 hours per week; with a flexible Monday-Friday work schedule; no weekends; no major holidays.

This is a perfect part-time position for a college student seeking medical office experience working with Medicare MIPS and healthcare quality reporting. Potential for internship opportunity.

Primary duties for this position include:

• Entering data into the practice's electronic medical record system
• Following up with patients via phone to obtain health information
• Following up with other medical offices to obtain patient health records
• Scanning documents into the practice's electronic medical record system
• Assisting with the development of MIPS reporting initiatives
• May interface with the practice's ACO

Qualified candidates:

• Must have a meticulous attention to detail
• Must be comfortable interacting with patients and working with computers
• Will be able to type 55+ wpm
• Will be customer service oriented

Salary: $10.00/hour
