    SUMMARY OF POSITION: Manage all aspects of the program including planning, coordinating, researching, promoting, organizing, and administering rapid rehousing and assistance activities. Monitors rapid rehousing programs to ensure contract compliance and outcomes are met. Hires and trains all new program staff. Oversees typical daily work of program staff to ensure documentation and verification requirements are followed and client program eligibility standards are met. Responsible for the creation and oversight of all program reports. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor rapid rehousing programs to ensure program contract outcomes are met including housing placement, financial/income goals and retention goals. • Supervise and train program staff providing feedback related to performance, professional growth, opportunities for improvement, etc. • Coordinate the purchase of supportive services by approving check requests and other services according to accounting and grant requirements, and processing rent requests following established procedures. • Facilitates team meetings and communicates individually with team members between meetings in order to coordinate services and generate ideas to help clients achieve their housing goals. • Provide oversight of program budget including monitoring and correcting overspending or underspending of funds and monthly budget forecasting. • Compile timely statistics for and create monthly, annual and other program reports. • Fosters strong working relationships with community based organizations and partner agencies. Provides consistent communication with other organizations and partner agencies to ensure coordination of services. • Accurately enters all client activities and provided services in Caseworthy and HMIS client tracking systems within 1 business day of activity or service. • Verify Caseworthy and HMIS documentation requirements have been met. • Ensures that all programs meet COC guidelines/regulations • Assist Senior Director of Rapid Rehousing with day-to-day operations in the department to ensure good customer service is provided. • Ensure that 6 month follow-ups are completed by program staff. • Files and completes daily paperwork tasks as needed. • Complies with HIPAA regulations. • Other duties as assigned. DIRECT REPORTS: • Housing Focused Case Managers • Housing Placement Specialist KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in human services, counseling, social work or related field. • Prior management experience and preparing statistical reports • Prior experience working with socially/economically disadvantaged persons and assisting with housing placement and landlord development activities preferred. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry experience. • Working knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and rights. • Reliable transportation required. RELATIONSHIPS REQUIRED: • Reports to the Senior Director of Rapid Rehousing; works with all staff at St. Patrick Center; assists clients with housing search when direct line staff are unavailable; assists landlords with property vacancies and needs; networks and establishes working relationships with federal, state and local agencies.
