    SUMMARY OF POSITION: As part of the Behavioral Health multidisciplinary team, the Clinical Coordinator will provide crisis intervention services, assess and evaluate clients, determine if clients are eligible for SOAR services, and supervise employees with a master’s degree in social work who are eligible for social work licensure. RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of program clients’ mental illness, physical health, housing status and other relevant needs • Provide direct clinical services to clients on an individual basis in the office, making appropriate changes in treatment plans to ensure the client’s ability to cope with internal and external stresses • Refer clients to appropriate community agencies, assisting clients when needed • Act as liaison and consult with Affinia and program clients to maintain coordination in the treatment process • Provide crisis intervention in coordination with other Behavioral Health team members • Lead the St. Patrick Center HIPAA team as part of Council On Accreditation organization quality efforts • Oversight of records (serves as “Custodian of Records”) for the agency • Provide clinical supervision for LCSW candidates • Maintain St. Patrick Center client tracking system (ECM) and client files (including treatment plans), referrals, and contacts • Be responsible for the agency’s policy regarding work hours, building security and all written personnel standards • Ensure the care model by interacting with all other St. Patrick Center programs • Must possess current Class E Driver’s License (Missouri residents only) • Other duties as assigned DIRECT REPORTS: • Part-time Program Assistant KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: • MSW or MA with current LCSW or LPC licensure required • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of social work (currently eligible to provide LCSW licensure supervision) • Certification for provision of supervision for LCSW Candidates • Understanding of mental illness and substance abuse • Experience in counseling and case management • Knowledge and understanding of community agencies • Trauma informed trained • Knowledge of federal, state and agency policies of client confidentiality • Knowledge of housing first SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Good communication skills • Counseling and crisis intervention expertise • Self-motivation • Respect for clients and staff • Sensitive to cultural diversity • Able to work in a team atmosphere • Moderate computer skills • Able to work with a highly diversified workforce RELATIONSHIPS REQUIRED: • Report to and work with Senior Director of Behavioral Health Programs • Attend and participate in all appropriate St. Patrick Center meetings • Work collaboratively with Affinia staff RESOURCES: • Travel expenses • Off-site trainings • Partner agencies
