    Specific Duties and Responsibilities Assist in implementing the daily direct care of all clients/residents in compliance with treatment and program goals as a PRN for Rosati Center, Shamrock, and Women’s Night Program Emergency Shelter. **Job duties may vary between assigned program location. • Maintain a positive relationship with each client • Be familiar with each client’s diagnosis, medications and history in order to assist in the implementation of each client’s treatment goals • Oversight of daily shelter operations • Be able to work in different settings (Rosati IRTS Program/Front Desk and Women’s Night Program/Women’s Emergency Shelter) • Assist in creating a comfortable atmosphere for residents and shelter setting • Treat each resident with respect, keeping good professional boundaries • Train and supervise residents doing assigned daily chore and chart performance • Prepare, serve and properly store meals meeting licensure standards • Report behavioral/physical changes, problems, an or concerns regarding residents to Social Worker and respond/intervene as needed in a therapeutic manner • Assist in meeting licensure requirements of a DMH/BJC program • Assist in meeting requirements of Emergency Shelter protocol • Complete all daily documentation of each intervention with residents. • Direct incoming calls in a timely and professional manner at the Front desk/Shelter • Maintain visitor and client logs at the Front desk • Retrieve and distribute incoming mail as needed to clients • Observe front desk monitor screens for unusual activities such as theft, intrusion, unwelcomed visitors. • Wash linens of vacated beds and monitors personal care items • Provide crisis intervention when necessary • Report unusual activities to 911, supervisor, and any other necessary entities. • Communicate regularly with supervisor for performance and feedback, as well as special assignments • Perform any and all miscellaneous tasks as required or requested by Supervisor, Social Worker, and/or management • Other miscellaneous and special projects as assigned KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: • Current Med Tech Certificate • Current proof of First aid training and CPR • Current physical/TB screen • Basic Microsoft Office skills, required (Word, Outlook, Excel) SKILLS AND ATTITUDES: • Must be respectful of all individuals at all times • Be flexible and open to change • Understand and practice client confidentiality • Understand and practice client/staff boundaries • Able to coach clients/residents in an educational manner toward treatment goals • Ability to complete appropriate documentation within licensure and facility standards. • Participate in interdisciplinary or multi-interdisciplinary team approach • Housing First philosophy knowledge • Must stake awake on shift PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Able to sit/stand for extended period of time. • Reaching by extending hands or arms in any direction. • Finger dexterity to manipulate objects with fingers such as using a keyboard • Adequate and appropriate communication skills • Ability to see within normal parameters, view monitors and listen for disturbances. • Ability to handle physical movement and tasks as required. • Some lifting requirements
