IT Support Specialist

Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance, solutions, and support related to the installation and maintenance of computers, systems, software, applications, printers, peripherals, and related equipment. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot problems, perform diagnostics, and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve issues
Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics
Tracking/detailing hardware inventory
Qualifications
Required:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Google Workspace)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users and provide clear explanations and guidance
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred:
Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
Experience with an Electronic Medical Record system
