The St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store in Spearfish is seeking excited, energetic candidates who are seeking to make a difference in their community. We are looking to hire a Truck Driver to help with the processing of donations to be sold in the thrift store. The thrift store serves its community by providing inexpensive quality goods to the community as well as providing money to the St. Vincent de Paul Society for serving others.Duties Include:

Driving a truck to donors' houses and loading goods.

Driving a truck to customers' houses and dropping off purchased merchandise.

Managing the warehouse and baling unsold clothing.

Maintaining a clean and accurate mattress area.

Assisting the front-end staff with moving merchandise to the floor.

Removing and disposing of unsold or unused goods.

Occasional light cleaning of bathrooms and breakrooms.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

The employee is regularly required to use computers.

Respected resource for other employees

Demonstrates ability to work on a team

The employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, climb or balance.

The employee is occasionally required to sit.

The employee must be flexible with their work schedule, although most shifts are day/afternoon.

Valid drivers' license and clean driving record.

Starting wage is dependent on experience and qualifications, with reviews after 30 and 90 days.
