Recruiter ST6 Partners - Raleigh, NC Were seeking a driven and engaging Recruiter who will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent for a growing mid-size software company based in Raleigh! You will perform full-cycle recruiting and work closely with hiring managers to source and close candidates who are a great fit for the company and culture. What will you do? * Responsible for managing full life cycle of recruiting, for both technical and professional roles, including sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates * Work with HR and hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specs * Post job specs in applicant tracking system (ATS) and our careers page, on external job boards, and on college career boards * Conduct intake calls with hiring managers, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and provide regular updates on search status * Source and recruit candidates through a variety of resources including databases, social media, networking, cold calling, etc. * Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering assessments * Use ATS to manage candidates, collect recruitment data, and generate reports * Represent the company and communicate the employer brand to prospective employees, and consistently provide a high level of customer service * Participate in college recruiting including on-campus career fairs and attend networking events * Other projects and responsibilities related to the Recruiting department How will you get it done? * Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike, creating promoters at every touch point * Exercise strong judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to identify high potential talent * Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on generating high-quality results Are you a fit? Minimum qualifications: * Bachelors degree in human resources, business, or another field * Strong communication, presentation, decision making, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices, as well as EEO and ADA regulations * Demonstrated competency in everything listed above under How will you get it done?
