Job Description

• Monitors e-mail box receiving client (internal and external) requests and questions.
  • Directs communication to department groups and subject matter experts (SME’s) to gather replies to the client in a timely manner.
• Interacts closely with clients and communicates overall goals and expectations to stability operations and Management.
• Works closely with staff and clients to define the scope of client projects. Assists in gathering information needed for quote preparation and proposals.
• Provides project oversight, acts as client advocate on site; interacts with project management, operations and analytical testing to keep all parties well informed of project status.
• Provides professional updates to management to create feedback concerning ongoing monitoring of out-of-scope and scope creep; project status; operational issues, and client satisfaction.
• Responsible for updating information in client meetings related to stability activities.
• Logistical management and control of all study prerequisites to ensure all are onsite to start a project, including quotations, methods, protocols, and sample/standard materials in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the project setup by performing review of all study information. Study design must be an accurate reflection of client expectations and quoted projections.
• Manages multiple clients while coordinating and working with internal departments to meet client timelines.
• Responsible for evaluating invoices as directed.
• Provides internal support for managing document flow between internal groups and the client as directed.
• Supports the external project managers with critical front-end information gathering and maintains constant internal visibility into project status.
• Performs other related duties as required and directed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma + 1 year experience; Bachelor’s degree in science or business preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Some lab experience preferred.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, there are two shifts including first shift Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
