HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN   

Stabilus is the world leader in design and manufacture of hydro pneumatic positioning elements, hydraulic vibration dampers, electromechanical drives and door positioners for automotive and industrial applications.  This position will be at our company Tech Products in Miamisburg, OH. Offering an extensive line of shock and vibration isolation products, Tech Products provides solutions for all types of equipment ranging from small medical pumps to large diesel engines. Tech Products' engineers provide testing and analysis support for all products and applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Onboarding and training for Temporary Associates

·         Weekly hourly payroll duties including review of timecards for completeness and organizing payroll reports for accounting entry

·         Properly handle employee requests through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation.

·         Maintaining headcount numbers and listings

·         Maintain filing of employee records including setting up new employee files, filing relevant employee information as needed and handling term files.

·         Track progress, deadlines and priorities of all projects.

·         Reporting attendance phone calls and follow up

·         Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Current college student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline

·         Excellent computer skills including strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel or Access

·         Outstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

·         Detail oriented, self-starter

·         Project management and problem-solving skills
