    Love working with life coaches? Stacey Boehman Coaching wants to hire YOU. We are contracting a virtual Social Media Coordinator position at Stacey Boehman Coaching, located in Louisville, KY. 

    As the Social Media Coordinator, you develop and deploy all content creation on our social media platforms (IG, Facebook, etc). Your deepest desire is to drive excitement, engagement, and most importantly, SALES to the Stacey Boehman Coaching programs. You have the honor and privilege of communicating our brand's mission and offers to the people it serves the most. The position gives you the opportunity to exercise your artistic and creative skills to design a highly engaged experience.

    THE SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR POSITION MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF... • At least 5 years of experience in a social media role

    • Resourcefulness - you will be able to find the answer to your own questions before presenting it to your manager

    • Video-editing experience

    • Photo-editing experience 

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Innovative and always have your finger on the pulse of new ways to engage with and excite our audience

    • Strategic and analytical - can look at data and pull correlations and forecast behaviors

    • Up to date with new features on all social media platforms and can quickly master their use

    • Advanced to Expert skill level  (you use these platforms daily-weekly and if needed, are able to teach others how to use them correctly without referencing a manual) with Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics, Later, Canva, Photoshop and video-editing software (ie. iMovie)

    THESE WILL BE THE RESULTS YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR…

    • Build and maintain digital communities for all brand pages across key social media networks.

    • Strategically create, develop, and edit compelling, high-quality original social videos with focus on graphics, text and animation.

    • Strategically create, develop and edit compelling, high-quality original social graphics with focus on graphics and text.

    • Research the Stacey Boehman Coaching catalog of emails to use as a resource for copy.

    • Work with the team to keep posts timely with company launches and events.

    • Develop and maintain the global social media calendar, updating the calendar with relevant cultural events and significant information.

    • Produce and publish time-sensitive content in a prioritized manner.

    • Monitor industry trends and stay on top of the latest social media innovations.

    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of key social networks and algorithms which inform our success on these networks through weekly reports and daily analysis.

    • Identify and adapt to updates in audience behavior, metrics, and social media algorithms to enhance performance.

    • Implement updates in social media strategy.

    • Research and understand the Stacey Boehman Coaching brand(s)' voice and tone.

    • Respond to all Facebook and Instagram messages/comments to answer questions and maintain quality engagement using the SBC tone and voice.

    • Create and update processes
