Our 80-year legacy includes the cataloging and sale of many of the most valuable United States coin and currency collections to ever cross an auction block. Job Description We are looking to grow our company with an energetic, detail oriented, and organized individual who will assist our Director of Client Services to increase and maintain our current book of business. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, organization, and customer service skills. Initially the employee will learn the fundamentals of the auction business, coin industry, and to assist our Senior Staff with day to day account management. Responsibilities and Duties * Contact clients via email or phone to maintain a book of business. * Maintain client accounts and contracts. * Work with Staff to identify strong customer leads. * Assist Auction Staff with trade show and auction setup and breakdown. * Exercise proper inventory controls for auction consignors. * Assist Senior Staff with expense management, reporting, and customer follow-ups. * Provide excellent customer service. Qualifications * Bachelors degree preferred. * 2 years of sales or account management experience required. * Numismatic experience not required, but preferred. * Customer Service or Call Center experience preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. * Strong organizational skills required. * Strong verbal and writing skills.
