      • Social Media: Design a strategic social media plan that aligns with our brand and goals. 
      • Executive Assistant: Schedule meetings & travel

      • Social Media:Timely and on brand commentary w/audience 
      • Social Media:Scope out strategic brand partnerships 
      • Executive Assistant: Assist w/Brand Partnership Collaborations

      • Social Media: Identify opportunities to grow our social media following and expand our reach
      • Social Media: Developing relationships with influencers, partners and ambassadors, creating win-win strategies that expose our content to a growing audience.
      • Executive Assistant: Attending Networking events/trade shows

       

    • DRIVE & CONVERT OUR SOCIAL TRAFFIC: 

      • Social Media: Increase qualified traffic to covert to sales and validate ROI.

       

    • EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT RESPONIBILITIES

      • Assisting With: 
        • Brand Management Tasks
        • Marketing Management Tasks
        • Finalizing Documents/Presentations 
        • Scheduling
        • Correspondence: Emails and Calls
        • Company Events (Holidays, B-days, Achievements,, Trainings etc)

     

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • 3+ years in social media marketing with focus on strategy development, calendar planning, content creation, channel growth and community management.
    • Proven results developing social media marketing that is native to each channel, on-brand and demonstrates measurable ROI.
    • Proficient using social media / email marketing management tools such as Loomy and Mailchimp.
    • Deep knowledge of social media platform demographics, algorithms, tools, policies and procedures.
    • Access to high speed internet, dedicated and distraction free work space and able to meet all requirements of this role while working remotely.
    • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

    COMPENSATION:

    This position is a full time, salaried position. Salary: $33,500 - $40,000 per year
