We are gearing up for another season of exciting events at COTA and 360 Amphitheater, and we'll likely have other events you could work along the way.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to anticipate customer needs and be proactive. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EVENT STAFF/ GUEST SERVICES/ USHERS, COTA

• Positively impact the customer experience by interacting with guests to make the event as enjoyable as possible.
• Keep booths/tents stocked with goods.
• Usher and Ticket taking duties.
• Directional assistance for guests
• Crowd management and monitoring
• Perform other duties as requested.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE EVENT STAFF/ GUEST SERVICES/ USHERS, COTA

• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for several hours at a time, and walk a mile or more over the duration of your 6-12 hour shift
• Service industry experience or face to face customer service experience
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and be proactive
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
• Reliable with a professional appearance and demeanor

COMPENSATION FOR THE EVENT STAFF/ GUEST SERVICES/ USHERS, COTA The starting salary range for this position is $10.00-$13.00 hourly, depending on role and shift. Some training will be provided for these roles, with compensation for training time. Apply today for immediate consideration!
