Staff Above Consulting is seeking an experienced FTL Account Executive (not bound by a Non-compete/Non-solicitation) With a current Book of Business. Our customer is focused on providing the highest standard of service and offering full service solutions for each customer. They are looking for experienced freight sales individuals in NW Arkansas. 100% back office support provided. 100% carrier capacity (load coverage) support provided. Laptop, phone, office, and technology provided. Commission only position. Earned bonuses available.
SALARY $60K-$150K+
Responsibilities
The Account Executive will be working with an experienced support team allowing you to provide the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to your customers. Some of your main responsibilities are as follows:
Demonstrate comprehensive sales techniques and strategies by providing a variety of viable solutions depending on each customers’ needs.
Have an Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to maximize income on a commission basis.
Be highly motivated and show that energy while doing what you love
Acquire new customers through a variety of methods (i.e. face to face visits, cold calls, etc.)
Maintain existing customers and look for new opportunities with them using the wide variety of services we offer
Be able to close business consistently with an emphasis on service-oriented solutions
Focus on building and developing relationships with ALL customers
Work well as a team player
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 2 years of Freight Brokerage Sales experience
Must have proven book of business (ideally $200K+ per year in existing business)
