Palmer Group is working with a fast-growing company in their search for a Staff Accountant. The successful individual in this role will have strong accounting abilities, excel at multi-tasking, and be extremely motivated. What you will do:

• Review and analyze financial statements to assess accuracy and identify trends
• Provide insights on financial performance, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Execute a variety of daily accounting functions, including invoicing, check processing, and daily entries
• Process AP and manage payroll
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger transactions
• Handle a variety of accounting tasks for multiple accounts while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Experience reviewing and analyzing financial statement data
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly analytical with strong communication skills
