Tasks and Activities:
Basics
Manage accounting processes involved in Accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, job costing, and Purchase/Sales orders.
Processes are defined and must comply with company’s integrated operating software.
Tasks
· Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
· Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of “Expandable ERP Software (must).
· Work with other staff closely with optimal verbal and written communication
· Insure timely entry of entry vendor bills and issuance of customer invoices
· Maintain accurate records of Payables and Receivables
· Timely reporting on any deviations
· Assisted as needed to assure timely closing of monthly data
· Reconcile Inventory, Purchase/Sales Orders, & Job costing accounts.
· Analyze, compute, and present financial data.
Work Activities
Interacting With Computers
· utilize Excel in conjunction with EPR financial data to create reports and analysis
· use computers to enter, access and retrieve financial data use accounting or bookkeeping software
· develop or maintain budgeting databases
