Responsibilities

Assist in month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and accruals

Prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L and balance sheet)

Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts

Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including tenant charges, lease setup, property management fees, and vendor payments

Record payroll-related journal entries

Assist with budgeting and forecasting using DataRails

Prepare sales tax filings and audit/tax support schedules

Ensure GAAP compliance and support process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

3–5+ years of accounting experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting

Advanced Excel skills required

Experience with QuickBooks Online

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
