    Who You Are

    As an experienced Staff Accountant with a passion for business operations, you are eager to expand your expertise in finance. You will take charge of managing the day-to-day financial health of our clients, using your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Enjoying teamwork and client interaction, you will take pride in supporting clients' financial success. You have a solid understanding of US GAAP standards, Cash vs. Accrual accounting, and possess strong people skills.

    Your background includes:

    • 2 to 6 years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
    • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
    • Must have experience in a client-facing role
    • Research and project management experience is a plus

    What You'll Do**

    Our clients span a wide range of industries and sizes, so each account is unique. Regardless of the variation, we are committed to delivering high-quality financial services and support across the entire portfolio. In this role, you will handle a variety of financial operational tasks, including:

    • Managing general bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), Payroll, and general ledger maintenance
    • Preparing, posting, and entering journal entries
    • Overseeing regular record-keeping and filing processes
    • Collaborating with leadership and account managers on special projects
    • Assisting with client relations and providing ongoing support
    • Maintaining client financial reports and dashboards
    • Contributing to the development and maintenance of business processes

    Location

    • This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office/2 days remote)
