Staff Accountant (DDA / LTSS Expertise Required)
Part-Time | 25 hours per week | On-site
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with expertise in Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS).
Responsibilities:
Manage financial records, payments, and funding for DDA and LTSS programs.
Prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and assist with audits.
Support billing, payroll, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Monitor budgets and provide updates to management.
Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping/accounting experience, ideally with DDA or LTSS programs.
Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel; healthcare/social services systems a plus.
Knowledge of DDA/LTSS funding, compliance, and reporting.
Experience with state/federal funding and Medicaid billing preferred.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Experience with developmental disabilities or long-term care populations a plus.
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of federal/state funding requirements for DDA and LTSS.
Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day (25 hours per week)
