Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, perform general accounting functions.
Essential Functions:
Reconcile credit card statements and coordinate with other associates as necessary to resolve discrepancies related to credit card charges
Reconcile returns to suppliers and work with internal and external stakeholders to address problems
Assist with monthly sales and use tax return preparation
Assist with month end analysis
Support accounts payable by entering invoices as necessary
Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent required
Experience using Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills
Completes tasks with a sense of urgency
Ability to learn and master new skills
Some office experience, in a manufacturing environment preferred
Job Requirements:
Must have a reliable form of transportation and ability to travel to other company locations.
Flexibility to work OT when needed.
