E&H Integrated Systems is currently seeking ​an Accounting Bookkeeping to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

** Responsibilities:**

• P&L Financial Monthly Report - month end closing for all modules and publish P&L
• Payroll – Submit payroll for weekly & bi-weekly employees, verify and balance reports
• Verify month end commission reports
• File Quarterly and Monthly Tax Reports
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable Collections
• Balance month end accounts
• Bank account reconciliation
• Calculate unearned maintenance revenue at the end of month
• Calculate and record the depreciation for the month
• Completion of Rev.IO CRM transfers to Mas90 Accounting
• 401K Trustee for E&H Plan
• Human Resource administration
• Assist with year-end inventory
• Assist Accountant with year-end closing.
• Back up for Customer Service and Accounts Receivable.
• Assist with rental company properties: Payables, deposits, reconciling bank accounts, filing tax estimates, and assisting accountants with year-end closings. Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

** Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
