The Role
As our Staff Accountant, you'll own the day-to-day accounting operations, reporting, and compliance that keep our business moving at high speed. Reporting to the Director of Finance or the CEO, you'll be the detail-obsessed, process-driven powerhouse ensuring our financials are accurate, timely, and ready to support our next big move.
What You'll Do
Be the go-to for billing and lead monthly invoice reconciliations
Oversee accounts payable, ensuring vendors are set up, approved, documented, and paid on time
Keep accounts receivable on point—managing aging reports, credits, collections, and reconciliations
Own month-end close, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
Manage daily cash flow, deposits, cash logs, and sub-ledger postings
File federal, state, and international tax forms like a pro
Partner across teams to drive better business decisions with your financial expertise
Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities
Support annual financial audits
Collaborate with HR to run payroll smoothly and efficiently
Manage expense reports and credit card reconciliations
What You Bring
Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; CPA highly preferred
2–3 years of accounting experience
Deep understanding of US GAAP and accounting standards
Excel wizardry plus an eye for automation and efficiency
Laser-sharp attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture
Comfort juggling multiple priorities with tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication
