Job Purpose
The Staff Accountant position will interact with corporate leadership and collaborate closely with on-site community managers to provide accounting support, assist in timely completion of monthly accounting processes, and ensure that all transactions related to your portfolio of properties are recorded accurately and reported on a timely basis. A Staff Accountant would provide accounting services for 3-5 properties. Additionally, this position will assist in identifying areas of improvement and implementing best practices to facilitate Green Courte Residential’s ongoing expansion. Position is a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
