Kings Hammer Soccer LLC is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong accounting skills to be part of the Finance department. This Staff Accountant position will perform complex accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and annual budget support and monitoring. This position will also assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and other ad-hoc reports to management.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of work experience. Candidates from every industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain daily posting, monitoring and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. · Maintain supporting workpapers for all balance sheet accounts. · Monitor credit card transactions weekly to ensure proper account coding and compliance with expense policy. · Assist the team with month-end close process. · Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial reports. · Support annual audit and tax filings. · Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and standards. · Engage with co-workers, as needed, to gather information pertinent for accurate financial reporting. · Perform other accounting and finance tasks as may be required from time to time by the CFO or Controller.
