    About the Role:

    MedPOINT Management in Sherman Oaks, CA is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Staff Accountant to join our growing team.     Responsibilities:

    Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations

    Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

    Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner

    Support month-end and year-end close processes

    Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account analysis

    Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial reporting

    Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and internal accounting policies

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

    1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

    Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

    Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles

    Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    Strong written and verbal communication skills
