  • Responsibilities

    In-office position at our Austin, TX Headquarters This position is newly created as a result of the growth in sales volume that Efinity has and will continue to experience. The Financial Analyst will support our key Management position, our Financial Controller. The Analyst will be responsible for backing up the Controller with daily responsibilities, projects, and overall accounting administration, which will enable Management to implement strategic priorities. For this role, you must have financial accounting experience that includes AR/AP, payroll, and general accounting. Responsibilities: • Back up the Controller with day-to-day accounting administration • AR / AP for the firm and all Branches • Translate financial data into detailed presentations and easy-to-understand financial reports in a sensible and actionable format for decisions to be evaluated • Interacting with our internal and external team while providing energetic, supportive, and solutions-oriented support • Administering financial systems: Oversee financial processes and systems • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for financial improvement and work on strategies to optimize financial processes Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Staff Accountant / Financial Analyst or in a similar role • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting, and economic concepts • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field • Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools Compensation: $60,000
