JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
To perform various accounting and financial analytical functions for the issuance of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and internal reporting / analysis to achieved company goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include a wide range of activities to provide for the recording, reconciliation and reporting of financial transactions. These include, but are not limited to:
· Month-end close reporting and reconciliation
· General Ledger account reconciliations / analysis
· Bank account reconciliations
· Financial forecasting and budgets
· Financial and operations process audits
· Financial statement preparation and review
· Project analysis and reporting
· Process improvement analysis and development
· Other tasks related to objectives of the Accounting Department as they arise.

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY __
· Introductory Review - Will be written at approximately 90 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
· Annual Reviews – All staff members will receive an annual review approximately in January of every year, which details the employee’s performance, work ethic and attitude during the year.

SALARY INFORMATION:
The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $88,000 /year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on company performance.

These benefits, along with additional voluntary benefits, are available to all regular full-time employees beginning on first day of employment. Employees are eligible for common paid company Holidays and receive 10 sick days and will begin accruing up to 10 vacation days annually, which will begin accruing on first date of employment and may be used immediately upon joining the team.
