    JOB SUMMARY

    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    To perform various accounting and financial analytical functions for the issuance of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and internal reporting / analysis to achieved company goals and objectives.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Duties include a wide range of activities to provide for the recording, reconciliation and reporting of financial transactions. These include, but are not limited to:

    · Month-end close reporting and reconciliation

    · General Ledger account reconciliations / analysis

    · Bank account reconciliations

    · Financial forecasting and budgets

    · Financial and operations process audits

    · Financial statement preparation and review

    · Project analysis and reporting

    · Process improvement analysis and development

    · Other tasks related to objectives of the Accounting Department as they arise.


    METRICS

    1. Performance will be measured by tracking activities to achieve established objectives and deadlines as described and agreed to at the beginning of the assignment / project along with any agreed to revisions.
    2. Response to, handling of and achieving the objectives of unexpected assignments and day-to-day demands that are not identified or planned for in the normal course of operations.
    3. Metrics will be reported in progress reports and performance reviews.


    QUALIFICATIONS

    **KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED **

    • Knowledge of accounting and GAAP
    • Experience in Sales Tax and Intercompany Reconciliation
    • Strong computer proficiency in MS software applications
    • Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace

    **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

    · BS in Accounting or Finance

    • Three to five years in related accounting experience and/or training
    • Fixed asset experience required
    • International accounting experience preferred
    • Knowledge of Epicor P21 a plus

    EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY __

    · Introductory Review - Will be written at approximately 90 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue

    · Annual Reviews – All staff members will receive an annual review approximately in January of every year, which details the employee’s performance, work ethic and attitude during the year.

    SALARY INFORMATION:

    The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $88,000 /year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on company performance.

    Benefits: ESH offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage. The Company provides company sponsored short-term and long-term disability benefits, as well as $50,000 in Life insurance. These benefits, along with additional voluntary benefits, are available to all regular full-time employees beginning on first day of employment. All employees are automatically enrolled at 3% into the Company’s 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment. Employees are eligible for common paid company Holidays and receive 10 sick days and will begin accruing up to 10 vacation days annually, which will begin accruing on first date of employment and may be used immediately upon joining the team.
