Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a desire support the Bank’s accounting operations. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this position plays a key role in preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and assisting with critical accounting functions that keep our organization running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

· Assist the CFO with daily and monthly accounting operations and financial reporting.

· Manage duties related to Public Funds and assist with unclaimed property reporting.

· Support accounts payable functions and maintain prepaid and accrued expense schedules.

· Assist in preparing and reviewing investment portfolio reconciliations.

· Work with the CFO to prepare weekly and monthly rate reports.

· Aid in preparing materials and reports presented to the Board of Directors.

· Assist with supporting documentation for the Call Report and other regulatory filings.

· Perform responsibilities in compliance with BSA/AML regulations and internal policies; complete required annual training as part of the Bank’s compliance program.

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.

· Internship or related work experience preferred. Interest in financial services industry is strongly preferred.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF.

· Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with integrity and professionalism.

· A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
