    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
    • Perform general accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
    • Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
    • Post transactions to the general ledger and assist with reconciliations
    • Prepare and process bank deposits and financial statements
    • Enter financial data into accounting systems with speed and accuracy
    • Assist with month-end close processes and other projects as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general familiarity with accounting software
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
