Staff Accountant Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s financial reporting and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process journal entries and adjustments.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Process owner statements, payouts, and related reconciliations.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Support year-end audit preparation and other compliance filings.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate recording of revenues and expenses.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of accounting experience (hospitality, property management, or real estate experience a plus).
Strong knowledge of GAAP.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with vacation rental or property management accounting.
Familiarity with booking platforms and owner statement processes.
