What You’ll Do:
Support day-to-day accounting operations across AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
Lead and contribute to process improvements, including AP workflow enhancements, software implementations, automation, and internal controls
Maintain inventory-related accounting schedules and support manufacturing cost processes
Assist with payment applications, tracking rebates, recording shortages/discounts, and supporting three-way match activities
Work closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to ensure accuracy across a growing and dynamic product business
Qualifications:
4–6 years of professional accounting experience
Manufacturing accounting experience is required
Demonstrated experience driving accounting process improvements (AP processes, new systems, automation, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger management, and month-end close
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with:
Three-way match
Accounts payable & accounts receivable
Applying payments, tracking rebates, recording discounts and shortages
Experience with inventory accounting or product-based businesses
Prior startup or high-growth environment experience
Compensation & Schedule
$85,000–$95,000 base salary
Hybrid schedule: Onsite Mon/Wed/Fri in Denver + two remote days
