Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience preparing full financial statements (cash flow, income statement, balance sheet)

• Strong understanding of both cash and accrual accounting methods

• Proven ability to maintain accurate general ledger records and perform reconciliations

• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with property or real estate accounting

• Background in public accounting or working with multiple entities/clients

• Familiarity with AppFolio or other property management systems

• Exposure to cash flow projections and financial forecasting
