JOB SUMMARY

The Staff Accountant will support the finance department by performing day-to-day accounting and finance procedures, as assigned. This position is responsible for performing the duties described, in an effective and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ****

• Perform account and bank reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with the month-end close
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation
• Work with data using Excel
• Record entries and support processes in QuickBooks/SAP

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Background in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with account reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with QuickBooks/SAP
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet) experience is a plus.
• Language Skills – verbal and written communications skills in Spanish is a plus.
