    • Role: Staff Accountant
    • Location/Type: Clayton, MO • On-site (about 10% travel)
    • Pay: $80K – $85K
    • Schedule: Full-time, regular weekday hours

    What you'll do

    • Own the books for assigned entities—month-end close, journal entries, accuracy

    • Reconcile cash daily and keep the general ledger spotless

    • Build clean financial statements and reports that leadership can act on

    • Tighten accounting processes and improve how data flows

    • Partner with ops and clinical leads to connect numbers to patient care

    • Prep for audits and stay aligned with healthcare compliance

    Must-haves

    • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

    • 1+ year doing real accounting (month-end close, bank recs, JEs)

    • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, SUMIF)

    • ERP experience (Sage, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)

    Nice to have

    • Healthcare accounting exposure (Medicare/Medicaid, revenue cycle)

    • NetSmart or Sage familiarity

    • Pay: From $80,000 to $85,000
