Job Title: Staff Accountant **

Overview: Seeking a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator, capable of managing priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare schedules for investor reports, financial statements, and annual conference materials.
• Support annual audits and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with tax projections, income tax return preparation, and lender reporting requirements.
• Respond to investor inquiries, including account statements and audit confirmations.
• Perform debt compliance calculations and weekly cash projections.
• Review bank reconciliations, initiate wire transfers, and process invoices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exposure with MRI software is a plus

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70k - $75k plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
