PMI San Diego has an exciting opportunity in our San Diego, CA office for a Staff Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in real estate, comfortable with full-cycle accounting processes including A/R, A/P, G/L entries, and month-end close. The individual will manage a portfolio of properties, prepare, and analyze financial reports, manage bank reconciliations, and ensure compliance, among other responsibilities. A degree in accounting or related field required; proficiency in real estate accounting software such as Cinc; QuickBooks is a plus. The ideal candidate
is a self-starter, comfortable in a smaller team environment, and possesses strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
