We currently have a Staff Accountant opportunity with our remodeling client, who values trustworthiness, collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills. Your specific duties will include:

• Managing financial tracking in a small business environment, including support for the Home Services division.
• Maintaining advanced Excel spreadsheets to accurately track and analyze financial data.
• Reconciling bank accounts weekly and managing credit card expense records to ensure accurate imports into QuickBooks.
• Recording payroll-related reports and managing partner contracts within Salesforce.
• Performing detailed account analysis and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
• Accurately tracking revenue and expenses across departments, ensuring timely and precise entries in QuickBooks.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other analytical tools.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, independent work ethic, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
• SalesForce experience is a plus.

Pay Rate Range : $60,000 - $65,000 annually

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
