Job Description
The Account Representative is expected to achieve the following metrics within a performance-based business environment:
- Handle day to day client inquiries.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees and serve as the liaison between our company, our client, and our assigned staff.
- Offer solutions, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure contract compliance and complete customer satisfaction to the assigned clients.
- Handle court order processing and resolution of claims questions.
- Processing new hires and terminations upon request from the client.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
