What You’ll Do:
RMG is looking for a full-time Staff Editor with a strong understanding of SEO content strategy to assist in overseeing our suite of sites that focus on coverage of the international brokerage industry.
Known for our best-in-class reviews and analysis, RMG is proud to rank as a global expert in the field. Previous prowess in the land of investing, stock trading, and forex trading is not required, as we have experts on staff who can help you level up. Curiosity, however, is a must.
You’ll collaborate with the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, and Staff Editor, as well as a team of staff writers, content strategists, and SEO experts to shape content that competes with some of the largest content brands in the world.
You should be naturally curious, obsessively detail-oriented, and abundantly passionate about all things related to SEO, language, brand voice, and the occasional social media-driven market anomaly. The ideal candidate will be excited about the opportunity to wear multiple hats within a small but mighty team and to roll up your sleeves to contribute to broader company efforts.
The Staff Editor will:
Assign, edit, and publish new content while upholding SEO best practices and adhering to in-house guidelines for style, voice, and page structure.
Update, maintain, and optimize existing content.
Execute editorial responsibilities within large-scale cross-departmental projects.
Collaborate with the SEO team to monitor and optimize the health of the company’s portfolio of domains.
Assist in the management of workflow and deadlines for full-time and contract writers.
Assist in the maintenance of RMG’s multimedia library (logos, images, screenshots, etc.)
Assist in the maintenance of RMG’s proprietary database (entering and QC’ing data – sometimes in large quantities).
Assist with ongoing AI-driven projects and initiatives.

What You’ll Need:
Required:
5+ years of overall editing experience.
Strong familiarity and experience with SEO Content Strategy and the world of SEO, broadly.
Experience with the Google Suite of products (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc).
The ability to articulate complex financial topics in layperson terms.
Effective written and oral communication skills, including the ability to provide positive, clear feedback to writers.
Experience using AI tools, like ChatGPT, to automate and/or improve workflows and create, improve, and/or optimize content (where appropriate).
Comfort with a deadline-driven work environment.
Experience working remotely.
Desired:
Experience using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools like SEMRush and Ahrefs (tell us which SEO tools are your favorite!).
Experience in executing long-term, multi-month editorial assignments.
Familiarity with HTML.
Passion for (and curiosity about) the world of investing and international trading.
