Staff Force Personnel Services is seeking a Skilled Recruiter for the North Houston location. BILINGUAL SPANISH IS REQUIRED.
We are looking for a high volume, full cycle, and skilled recruiter with at least 2 - 5 years plus experience.
•Performs employee recruitment activity through individual networking, other employees and as company representative by participating in job fairs, career day activities, attending professional and trade associations, and arranging for advertising in publications favorable to recruiting qualified applicants.
•Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
•Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
•Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
•Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
•Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Monthly rotation on call on the weekends and holidays.

•Must be able to pass the background check and drug test.
•Must have reliable transportation and valid vehicle insurance.
