Job Description: Hoops4HIM Staff Members support the mission of Hoops4HIM by helping organize and operate youth basketball programs, tournaments, and events. Responsibilities include assisting with setup and takedown, welcoming and guiding participants, ensuring safety and sportsmanship, and providing general support to coaches, referees, and families. Staff members represent the values of teamwork, service, and Christ-centered leadership while creating a positive experience for all athletes and families.
