Kinetic Events Staffing is looking for experienced event staff for a nuclear physics conference at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza on 10/6-10/10. This is one of many events we have coming up in the Boston area. Our next event after this conference will be taking place on 10/13-10/16 at the Omni Hotel Seaport. Job Description

• Staff will mainly be assisting with registration, but must be flexible to step in to perform other event-related duties if required (directional, line management, scanning, room monitoring, etc).
• The pay rate for this job is $24/hr.
• Rest (10 mins) and meal (30 mins) breaks are paid.
• Parking vouchers will be provided by the client to cover onsite parking fees.
• Staff must wear their own black slacks, black button-down collar shirt, and professional black shoes.

Shift Times: Ideally, available for all shifts

• Fri. October 4: 4:15pm -5:00pm (Paid virtual call w/ client)
• Mon. October 7: 7:00am -5:00pm OR Mon. October 7: 7:00am -3:00 pm
• Tue. October 8: 7:00am -3:00pm OR Tue. October 8: 2024 9:00am-5:00pm
• Wed. October 9: 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Thu. October 10: 7:30am - 12:00pm

Ideal Candidates

• Previous event experience is ideal, but not necessary.
• Customer service/hospitality experience is required.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be well-spoken, outgoing, and professional.
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time and interacting with large groups of people.
