An established medical center in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join their evening shift team. In this on-site role, you will verify and prepare medications, support safe dispensing practices, and provide clinical guidance to both patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and prepare medications accurately and in a timely

• Support safe medication practices across departments.

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Utilize automated dispensing systems

• Prepare IV admixtures and chemotherapy (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy program

• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license

• 1–2 years of hospital pharmacy experience required

• Strong ability to work independently and manage support personnel

• Knowledge of IV admixture and chemotherapy is a plus
