About the Role:

Join Skilled Nursing Pharmacy as a Staff Pharmacist and play a vital role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients. In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal medication management and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a skilled nursing environment.

Conduct medication therapy management and patient counseling.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens.

Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.

Monitor patient outcomes and adjust therapies as needed.

Educate nursing staff on medication administration and safety protocols.

Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives.

Requirements:

PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy school.

Active Washington State pharmacist license.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical or skilled nursing setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of pharmacy software and electronic health records.
