Position Overview

Center City Pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support prescription verification, compounding oversight, and quality control within our 503A compounding pharmacy. This role ensures safe, accurate, compliant processing of all patient-specific medications.

Key Responsibilities

Verify prescriptions, compounded preparations, and dispensing documentation.

Ensure compliance with USP <795>, USP <797>, and all Board of Pharmacy standards.

Review and approve batch records, formula worksheets, and workflow documentation.

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and support technician workflow.

Verify compounding calculations and ingredient accuracy.

Maintain compliance with DEA, state, and federal regulations.

Assist with quality assurance tasks and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

Florida-licensed Pharmacist (required).

Compounding experience (sterile or non-sterile) preferred.

Strong regulatory knowledge and attention to detail.
