Top Chicagoland team is looking for a self-starting, detail-oriented person to help coordinate team administrative functions and support the VP of Operations.
The Marketing and Administrative Coordinator is the glue of the Real Estate Office. This position is responsible for ensuring the office functions in a smooth and efficient manner. This includes the physical office and general workings necessary to support the associates, staff, and broker/owner. It is an administrative and office leadership role.
This position is in-person in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. Some travel to properties may be required. Some scheduled evenings and weekends will be a part of this role.
Real Estate license not immediately required, but may be obtained over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Helping to improve, maintain, and document systems and processes for the company
- Assisting with projects, daily tasks, and assignments
- Helping to coordinate and execute the team's existing marketing strategy
- A good understanding of social media platforms, strategies, and social media marketing
- Processing paperwork and paperless transactions/listings, pendings, closings, terminations, onboarding, processing bills, and other duties as assigned
- Facilitating client gifts, events, and follow-up processes (training provided)
- Helping to maintain company website (training provided)
- Helping plan and facilitate company meetings
- Being a resource for team members and proactively checking in
- Facilitating all aspects of the business including setting up buyer tours, scheduling property showings, coordinating outside vendors,
- Working with leadership to implement company growth strategy

COMPENSATION:
$80,000 annual salary with bonus to be discussed during the interview process, commensurate with experience.
