What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining impactful customer applications using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
- Collaborating closely with front-end teams using React/TypeScript to deliver seamless integration
- Facing complex technical challenges and leading the design of solutions that meet user needs
- Utilizing Docker for efficient, scalable deployments
- Leading and mentoring in an agile, international team that values quick iteration and customer feedback
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in backend development with Ruby on Rails
- Proficient in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Docker
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with React/TypeScript is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco and engage in high-growth, startup dynamics
