StaffBuildersHR is seeking an experienced staffing Account Manager to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who have demonstratable experience in outside sales and are looking for the opportunity for career advancement.
You'll identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You’ll use your familiarity with the Staffing industry to align yourself with our company’s functions, culture, and operations while supporting our team with new growth.
To succeed in this role, ambition, effective communication, and strong analytical and communication skills are important qualities in the Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of new sales for your territory.
Evaluate prospects against our ideal client profile.
Close new deals with ideal prospects.
Facilitate the end-to-end client experience.
Participate in the company’s strategic planning.
Assist with recruiting and onboarding when needed.
Generate and capitalize on leads and opportunities.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required; A Bachelor’s in Management or Business, preferred.
3-5 years of staffing sales experience is required.
An existing client base is preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
Excellent math and computational ability.
Effective communication skills.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8 AM – 5 PM
