StaffPro Agency, a premier healthcare staffing in NJ, NY and PA, is looking for a strong, reliable, and experienced Recruiter who will oversee and conduct full cycle recruitment for several nursing home accounts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. An ideal candidate must be a self-starter and able to multi-task. Experience working in healthcare setting or staffing agency is highly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manages all recruitment efforts for all client facilities in NJ and PA.
• Manages our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Job Boards
• Manages all Social Media accounts for job ads and open house/event postings
• Creates weekly recruitment events in NJ and PA. 
• Strategizes different recruitment activities and promotions to get more candidates
• Conducts screening and interview of candidates 
• Gather two (2) references from candidates
• Runs Background Check and Coordinates drug screen
• Sends Job Offer Letter and Advances candidate to Hire Stage in ATS
• Makes sure profile is complete and hands over scan copy to Staffing Manager for submission to the client facilities, and hard copy (physical folder with all docs) to HR Manager.
• Submits End-of-Day Report 
• Submits Weekly Report of Pipeline

Traveling Requirements:

• Reports to our Jackson, NJ office 2-3 times a week
• Reports to our Chery Hill, NJ office once times a week
• Reports to our Phiadelphia office once a week.
• Reports to our Linden, NJ office once a week or when needed only.
• Travel to our Rural Pennsylvania locations once a month or once every 2 months.
