Job Description
We are seeking IT Technicians to join our Knoxville team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients and we will provide a thorough 4 week paid training process. We are currently hiring for 2nd shift (4pm-12:30am). This is an in-office position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 year degree in computer science or 2 years IT support experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
